Monobloc inspection line
The Monobloc inspection line consists of a chassis integrating a brake tester and a suspension bench, designed for light vehicles up to 3,500 kg MAM, and supporting axle loads of up to 4 T per axle at passage.
Its function is to perform a quick and efficient check of the functioning of the vehicle's braking and suspension systems.
The most significant information obtained is:
- Brake force measurement for manual and pedal brake
- Rolling resistance
- Measurement of ovality and weight (optional)
- Pedal effort (hand clamp and pedometer) *optional
- Braking performance
Standard equipment
- Brake tester
- Suspension bench
- Control console
- Self-locking rollers for easy exit
- Electronic control and SMRW Software
